Refund & Store Credit Policy:

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

We are a small business dedicated to creating unique, limited-run clothing. Due to the exclusive and often one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all transactions are considered final and are not eligible for a monetary refund. By completing a purchase on our website, you, the buyer, acknowledge and agree to this policy.

 

Shipping and Liability:

Once we hand your package to the shipping carrier, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. We are also not responsible for any delays in shipping, as these factors are out of our control. The risk of loss and title for all products purchased from the Website pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

 

Eligibility for Store Credit:

While we do not offer refunds, we may provide store credit equal to the original purchase price of the item for a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and all original tags must be attached.

The buyer is fully responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. This includes the cost to ship the item back to us, as well as the liability for any items that are lost or damaged during the return transit. We are not liable for items lost or damaged by the shipping carrier. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return for store credit, you must contact us at ninetosix@outlook.com within 5 days of your order's delivery date. Please include your order number and a clear explanation of your request. Once we approve your request, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If approved, store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card or a unique code.

This policy is a legally binding agreement between you and shopninetosix.com. This policy does not affect any non-excludable statutory rights you may have under applicable law, but it does specify our exclusive return and refund terms.
